Executive Chef & Owner

A Midwest native whose passion for hospitality and culinary arts has taken him on an incredible journey. Beginning with his early days in the kitchen, he further honed his skills at Le Cordon Bleu and gained invaluable experience in the bustling culinary scene of New York City.

Elliott’s commitment to excellence and the art of dining brought him back to his hometown, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He then embarked on a mission of continuous growth, working with various restaurants in St. Louis.

Today, his culinary creativity shines at “Dinner At The Loft”, a private dining company co-founded with two friends during the pandemic. Ina bold move, he left his full-time job at the beginning of 2023, embracing the opportunity to expand his horizons. He’s thrilled and deeply honored to introduce “The Biscuit Joint” to the family, building upon the success that “Dinner At The Loft” has achieved.
